SOUND HEALING is a traditional art with primeval roots.

This practice utilizes sonic vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls, a crystal sound pyramid, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks to tune the chakra system. The oscillating sound waves of the instruments bypass the conscious mind to facilitate a grounded trance state. Rigid patterns are released, pain dissolves, and tissues are regenerated. During the sound bath, participants lay on mats and pillows under blankets, fully clothed. Each one receives individual clearings and chakra balancing. Think of it as a wholesome rave for the etheric body.

Sound healing supports trauma release, reintegration, healthy blood pressure levels, equanimity, and improved sleep.
