Preparing for a treatment:

Please allow at least 24 hours for cancellations. If you are exhibiting signs of acute illness on or before the day of your scheduled appointment, call your practitioner.

Payment is due at time of service. If it's your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes so I can ascertain your needs and answer any questions.

Please arrive showered and free from colognes, essential oils, or any other noticeable aromas.

​

Wear casual, comfortable clothing that can withstand traces of residual body lotions and oils that may be used during the treatment.

Prior to massage, your therapist will leave you alone in the treatment room while you undress. She will knock on the door for permission to enter. If you prefer to remain clothed, let her know.

​

Refrain from ingesting intoxicants before a treatment.

Although filtered water is available at our facility, we recommend that you bring extra so that you can continue to hydrate following your session.

Sessions can facilitate the release of toxins, underlying imbalances, and buried emotions, all of which can induce a trance-like state. Please allow space and time to integrate your experience. Feel free to spend time in our waiting room to rest and hydrate before you get in your vehicle.

 

Helpful post-treatment responses include Epsom salts baths; gentle movement through yoga or walking; time in nature; journaling; deep breathing; stillness and meditation. Your therapist may offer specific recommendations for your continued wellbeing. Text your practitioner if you encounter unexpected post-treatment experiences.

Our VIBRACOUSTIC SOUND TABLE features custom amplifiers that transmit palpable sound waves calibrated to flow healing vibrations throughout the body. 

Specific Hertz is used to recalibrate the nervous system as well as harmonize the crystalline water structures within our tissues. Hertz is a particular sound frequency found to invoke deep relaxation and renewal; for many clients, our vibracoustic table provides an extra dimension of healing through states of deep rest and meditation.

I have found that vibracoustics open corridors of insight and regeneration within my clients (and within myself).
