CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST) uses subtle touch to release tension in the dural membranes that connect the cranial bones and the sacrum. Treatment is applied through the clothing. CST facilitates the movement of craniosacral fluid in the central nervous system, allowing the body to self-adjust and reestablish homeostasis. A natural unwinding of the body is initiated, creating space in the structural systems for release and realignment. Stored emotions in the body’s soft tissues are unbound, restoring healthy function to the muscles and organs.

CST is recommended for shock, trauma, traumatic brain injury, neck and jaw pain, headaches, and back pain. Neurological issues are greatly benefited by this gentle, calming technique.
